Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Payment details linked to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe pass through encrypted channels and are never stored in plain text on our servers at any point.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable law after closure. Once the retention window closes, data is deleted or anonymised on a scheduled cycle.
