Go to the wallet section, select UPI as your deposit method, enter your UPI handle or scan the QR code shown, and confirm the amount in your UPI app. Most deposits reflect in your h4u wallet within sixty seconds of bank confirmation.

No — withdrawals are returned to the same Paytm or PhonePe account used for the deposit. This one-to-one rule protects your funds and helps us process withdrawals faster without extra identity checks.

Verification usually completes within two to four hours of document submission. You will receive an email confirmation once it is done. If four hours pass without a response, contact live chat with your account ID.

If your connection drops during a live round, the result is recorded on our server regardless. Log back in, go to your transaction history, and the settled result will be there. If the round shows as void, raise a chat dispute with the time of the session.

Access to the lobby depends on whether online gaming is permitted under local law where you are located. Where local law permits, you can open an account and reach the full lobby. Check the applicable rules in your state before proceeding.
